Questions
What people ask about the tools.
Are these tools free?
Yes. Every tool on this page is free to use, with no sign-up and no account. A few, like the home valuation, let you send your details to Ahmed if you want a written answer; that part is up to you.
Which tool should I start with?
Just saw a house: House quick facts. Thinking of buying: Am I ready to buy?, then the buying power calculator. Thinking of selling: What is my home worth?, then the seller net sheet. Or pick your goal at the top of this page.
Where do the numbers come from?
Sold prices come from Bright MLS closed sales that Ahmed pulls himself, dated on each page. Taxes, flood zones, noise and school boundaries come from the counties, FEMA, the FAA and the school systems; each tool lists its sources and dates.
Do the tools work on a phone?
Yes. They are made for a phone first, and a few use the phone itself: the noise meter, the furniture fit camera, the sun check and the water heater, furnace and AC label reader.
Is my address saved?
The tools use the address you type to look things up and show the answer. They do not ask for your name, email or phone number.
Your next step
