Accessibility Statement

Our goal

I want everyone to be able to use amnovahomes.com. That includes people who use screen readers, keyboards, zoom or other tools. My target is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. I am working toward it. I do not claim the site fully meets it today.

What we check

Here is the work already done on the site:

  • Words are real text, not text inside pictures.
  • Pictures have alt text. Many are AI-made concept images, and they are labeled as concepts.
  • Buttons and menus work with a keyboard.
  • Color contrast has been checked so text is easy to read.
  • Pages work on phones and desktops.
  • You never need to sign in. The site has no accounts or logins.

Maps and charts

A map should never be the only way to get the facts. Every map has a town list next to it. Charts have captions and labels with the numbers written out in text, so you can read them without seeing the chart.

Languages

The site is in English. Some pages also have Arabic, Korean and Spanish editions. Arabic pages read right to left.

Content from others

Market numbers come from Bright MLS closed sales that I pull myself. Some pages also use public sources, which are named on the page with dates. I turn this data into plain text on my pages.

Some pages link to other sites, such as Google's opt-out add-on at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. I do not run those sites, so I cannot promise how well they work for you.
