- Fix exterior items early. Anything the inspection finds is in the buyer’s package. Fixing items and getting approvals before you list keeps that answer clean.3
- Know the price caps. Virginia caps what associations can charge: $176.64 for an electronic certificate, $211.96 for paper, $70.66 for rush or a pre-settlement update and $141.31 for an inspection. The seller pays.4
